Overview

Celes does not run a “recruitment program” in any conventional sense. We run a signal. It exists as a website, a handful of mirrored feeds, and social profiles, all dressed up as the usual human noise: conspiracy blogs, alien-cult chatter, channelled messages, and New Age pseudoscience.

Ninety-nine percent of humans dismiss it, mock it, or believe it’s another scam. That’s by design. The other one percent, the ones who are patient, observant, or desperate enough, will find the hidden threads. That’s where the actual work begins.

Interface Design

Public Layer: Looks like a mashup of UFO subculture, spiritual woo, and low-effort cult bait. It keeps our footprint below official radar and filters the audience.

Hidden Cues: Buried in text, code, or “rituals” there are clues, small tests of pattern recognition. Anyone with minimal discipline or technical literacy can follow them if they’re paying attention.

Access Window: Reaching the last stage of the clues opens a private channel.

We receive a constant flood of messages: “contactees,” delusional fans, UFO hobbyists, and people who want nothing more than a thrill. Buried in that noise are the ones who matter:

  • those with useful knowledge (science, navigation, cultural insight),

  • those with devotion to something bigger than themselves,

  • and those who are simply out of place on Earth

Personnel

The message sorting and first-contact work falls to Nash and Trysten. I handle final authorizations only.

Trysten — Secondary Command: Natural first contact. His presence steadies fragile psyches. He handles the sensitive, the terrified, and the uncertain.

Nash — Tether / Field Lead: Surprising aptitude for recruitment despite his Tether classification. His blunt humor and directness disarm humans who expect cold aliens. He handles the pragmatic cases, people with strong skill sets or hardened outlooks.

Disposition of Extractees

Celes does not collect people to hoard them. Many of the extracted never even set foot aboard. They’re taken elsewhere. Colonies, safe havens, stations where their skills or drive can be of use. Only a small percentage stay aboard permanently.
