Subject: 17-3
Cohort: Cycle 6 Program Phase: Tether Initiation
Age of initiation: 19 Solar cycles
Summary of Event
Subject 17-3 entered induction chamber under standard initiation parameters. Telemetry recorded initially stable response, followed by sudden and catastrophic resonance instability.
Findings:
Subject displayed dormant ERD markers that were not detected in pre-screening protocols.
Initiation produced rapid systemic overload, consistent with late-manifestation ERD.
Collapse occurred after 4.2 hours of induction.
Status: Subject was declared expired. Body marked for disposition per standard protocol.
Telemetry Anomaly
Final data packets recorded irregular patterns inconsistent with both standard ERD fatalities and tether stabilizations. Spikes suggested cross-phase resonance fluctuations not previously documented. Analysts noted brief synchronization events between induction output and subject neural response.
Disposition
Official record: Body processed for disposal, A7461.11.
